CONSULTATION HOURS

9.00 to 11.30am 4.00 to 5.30pm (except Wednesday afternoon).

There is an appointment system at all surgeries. Urgent cases will be dealt with as a priority. Please remember if you request a particular doctor, you may have to wait several days for an appointment.

Open Surgery

The practice operates an open surgery between 11.00 and 11.30am each morning (Monday to Friday), for those patients who have an urgent problem and need to consult the doctor on the same day. This is operated on a 'first-come first-served' basis with patients consulting the first available doctor. No requests to see a patient's usual GP can be accommodated, although requests to see a female or male GP will be met.

Patients attending should give their name to the receptionist on arrival.

This will be acknowledged within two days and you will be offered an appointment to discuss matters fully. Car Parking

Car parking is available in the large car park opposite the health centre, where a pay-and-display system is in place. Patients should ensure that adequate time and payment is made for the duration of time spent within the health centre. Places for the disabled are available here.

Patients should note that it may be necessary to perform additional tests in connection with their condition and that this may add to the original length of time spent within the health centre.

The health centre has a limited number of disabled spaces available.
